Fine art prints
To return the print(s) to Art by Jeffrey Bennett, Ltd., attach the pre-paid return shipping label (included with every order) to the same package in which the prints arrived. Include the print(s) you wish to return along with all of the original packing materials and accessories. Once the print or prints arrive at Art by Jeffrey Bennett, Ltd., your purchase will be promptly refunded. Return shipments must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of purchase to qualify for a full refund. Please note that the mail return process can take up to 2 - 3 weeks; however, this will not affect your eligibility for a refund if the package is postmarked within the allotted time frame. If postmarked after 30 days, but no later than 90 days from the date of purchase, a 15% fee will be deducted from the full purchase price. This fee is necessary to ensure any returned prints are kept at the highest quality possible. After 90 days, no refunds will be issued.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item or items you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled; however, you can return the item for a refund, provided you meet the guidelines as stated above.
